洪锋,宁夏大学食品科学与工程学院讲师,中共党员。研究方向为食品风味感知及快速分析与食品安全快速分析,在Chemical Engineering Journal,Journal of Hazardous Materials,Biosensors & Bioelectronics,Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical,Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等杂志以第一作者发表SCI 9篇。
