男,宁夏大学讲师,博士。2016年6月本科毕业于江南大学食品科学与工程专业,2021年6月硕士毕业于合肥工业大学食品工程专业,2024年12月毕业于合肥工业大学食品科学与工程专业。主要研究方向为食品功能性成分与营养,功能性微生物资源开发与利用。近五年,以第一作者发表高水平SCI论文6篇,参与“mRNA药物可电离脂质的设计与开发”、“Polo-like kinase 1共价抑制剂的设计、合成及抗肿瘤活性研究”、“天然植物化合物高效绿色制备技术、装备与产业化示范”等国家级或省级科研项目4项,参与编著《中国传统食材》三卷。
