宁夏大学食品科学与工程学院讲师,硕士生导师,聚焦于食源性危害物质快速筛查技术开发与危害因子分子机制解析,构建了从检测机理探究到仪器分析应用的全链条技术研究体系。近五年以第一作者身份在Biosensors and Bioelectronics、Food Chemistry、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces等中科院权威一区TOP期刊发表学术论文6篇;参与多项国家自然科学基金项目。
